Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the PALIMPSEST Pocket Version application (the “Application”) for Android devices. The Application was created by meapps (the “Service Provider”) as a free service and is provided “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect technical information when you download and use it, including:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (for example, its IP address)
- The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
- The time spent using the Application
- Your Android version and device type
The Application does not gather precise location information from your Android device.
The Service Provider may use information you provide to respond to support requests and to send important notices relating to the Application.
If you contact the Service Provider, you may provide personally identifiable information such as your email address. This information will be retained and used only as described in this privacy policy.
Third-Party Access
Aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy policy.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your Android device or through Google Play.
Data Retention
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as necessary to provide support and for a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion of information you provided, contact meappsteam@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly. A parent or guardian may contact the Service Provider at meappsteam@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
